“Well now, it ain’t for me to go against orders, but if you'll pardon me, sir, this ain’t the place I should have picked out for no rose garden myself.”
Join us on 9th April at David Parr House in Cambridge for Robert Lloyd Parry's reading of M.R. James’s classic story, The Rose Garden. In this immersive tale, Mrs. Anstruther wants to plant a rose garden, but Mr. Anstruther wants to play golf, and the past is there to disrupt both their plans.
The reading will take place from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, followed by a walkthrough of the David Parr House and Garden.
Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
