Embroidered Tool Wrap by The Speculating Rook

Only 1 available

These useful tool wraps are made from denim and repurposed vintage fabrics, embellished with free machine embroidery. With a space for brushes or pencils and with a large side pocket, they make the perfect gift for the artist or make-up lover.

Welcome to The Speculating Rook, home to textiles for the curious and discerning. Here you will find beasts for any occasion.

Designed and made using both old and new cloth – ancient wool blankets, printed cotton or worn denim, silk velvet and linen all lend themselves to screen-printed and embroidered embellishment.

Over the land freckled with snow half-thawed

The speculating rooks at their nests cawed

And saw from elm-tops, delicate as flower of grass,

What we below could not see, Winter pass.

Thaw by Edward Thomas
