For those who have visited David Parr House, you will know that the garden is a haven for cheeky and curious magpies. Now thanks to designer extraordinaire, Donna Wilson, you can Make Your Own Magpie with our MYO kit!
Renowned for her distinctive use of colour and pattern, Donna’s designs are infused with her playful sense of humour, her love of nature and a life-long passion for craft and making.
Make Your Own Kits have been developed by Donna as a way of giving a new life to all the little knitted offcuts in the studio. And now all the smaller scraps are mulched up to make a super-special recycled lambswool stuffing.
Each kit contains a pre-stitched magpie shape, recycled wool stuffing, felt bits and bobs, and step by step instructions to make your very own unique birdy friend. Not suitable for young children unless accompanied by an adult – unaccompanied adults should be fine.
The contents of each Make Your Own Magpie Kit are unique, and the magpie pictured on the box is just one example of what you might make – let your creativity run wild.
