Something glows inside when you hand a gift to a loved one, it’s a feeling that manifests in warm anticipation. I remember this feeling so well as a child and I look back fondly on the festive period at home in the Netherlands with my family. It was about giving, being creative and above all love. But with today’s critical environmental issues, we need to take extra care and be mindful with the materials we choose and use. I am so looking forward to introducing and demonstrating the art of gift-wrapping to you, using combinations of new and up-cycled papers and fabrics, ribbons, cords and accessories
Materials and equipment
I will bring props, tapes, glues, strings, stencils and palm punches and the necessary tools- these are included in the workshop fees
Please Bring: All you need to bring is a small garment, small book and a perfume size bottle, plus an abundance of imagination and joy
There is an opportunity to buy gift-wrap related accessories as well
Please join me for creativity, learning and fun
