Open Cambridge & Bramley Apple Recipes

At this time of year regular thudding sounds can be heard as the apples fall from the prolific tree in the back garden of the David Parr House.

You can read more about our amazing tree in this year’s Open Cambridge Zine! When the apples are ready we will be placing them in a box on the front wall. Come and collect some for free and download our new book of Bramley Apple Recipes compiled by our volunteers for cooking ideas! Do post your results on social media!

Open Cambridge, which is run in conjunction with Heritage Open days, will be held from 10th to 19th September and the theme this year is Edible England.
