Description

Join Żenia, aka The Lady Moth for a needle-felting brooch-making workshop inspired by the Michaelmas daisy pattern from the David Parr House kitchen. During this workshop, you will learn how to work with various types of wool and how to use felting needles efficiently. Zenia will demonstrate the process step by step: starting with creating a firm base, then colour blending, applying patterns and working on detail and smoothing. You will have an opportunity to customise some elements of the design, each wearable daisy will be unique. This workshop is suitable to all levels and complete beginners.

Żenia aka The Lady Moth is a self-taught fibre artist based in Cambridge UK. Taking inspiration from nature and working mainly with wool and plant fibres, she uses needle and wet felting techniques to create jewellery, necklaces and little creatures.
